People who have little or no zine experience are welcome and encouraged to apply! Applications will be judged based on pitches and ability to meet guidelines, not prior zine experience.─── 𓋼⋅ Will shipping be in this zine? ⋅𓋼 ───

Yes! As long as Senshi is the focal point of your piece you can include as many or as few other characters as you'd like!─── 𓋼⋅ What will be required? ⋅𓋼 ───
All contributors will be required to create at least one new piece for this zine. Use of genAI or any other kind of plagiarism is strictly prohibited.─── 𓋼⋅ Will I be able to share a WIP of my piece? ⋅𓋼 ───
During creation stage we ask that contributors wait to share their work outside of the server until release!─── 𓋼⋅ Will I be able to post/sell my finished piece? ⋅𓋼 ───

Important note: Make sure that if you're using Google Drive you have link sharing on! If we're unable to view your portfolio we won't be able to accept you.
─── 𓋼⋅ General Guidelines ⋅𓋼 ───✤ Have a Discord account, or be willing to make one.✤ Applicants with a history of plagiarism, theft or AI usage will be rejected.✤ Any bigoted behavior, targeted harassment or otherwise hateful conduct will not be tolerated and if applicants are found to have engaged in such behavior they will be rejected from the project.✤ Anyone found to be part of either of the aforementioned groups, will be promptly removed from the project.✤ Any harassment between participants will not be tolerated. Your personal preferences (i.e. ships & headcanons) are no grounds for hostility, and should such issues arise, we won’t hesitate to remove you from the project. Someone shipping X and Y is not a valid reason to exclude them from the event or harass them.✤ Keep us up to date! Turn in check ins on time, or reach out for an extension if you need one. The pitches submitted with the application.✤ You'll be asked to provide 2-3 pitches prior to acceptance so we have a general idea of the content we'll be working with. The more detail the better, as these are heavily considered when applications are reviewed. You'll have the opportunity to change these before we start!✤ Please provide a link to 2-3 examples of your work in the style you intend to use for your contribution. At least one must include a full background.✤ Please provide an accessible link to a portfolio of your work with at least 5 complete pieces in it. This can be a Carrd, Artstation, Google Drive, your own website, etc. as long as we have access to it!─── 𓋼⋅ Spot Artists ⋅𓋼 ───✤ The same portfolio requirements as page artists, except that backgrounds and pitches are not required.─── 𓋼⋅ Writers ⋅𓋼 ───✤ We will be grading writer applications based on story flow, characterization, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.✤ Please provide links to 2-3 examples of your work as a google doc, pdf, or a link (to a work in Ao3 or any other accessible website), reflecting the standard of work you would like to contribute to this zine. We ask that each are between 500 — 1,500 words.✤ These can be excerpts from complete works.✤ We ask you include these specifics at the top of each sample: Rating, TW’s, Fandom, Ships and/or characters.✤ Please provide an accessible link to a portfolio of your work with at least 5 complete pieces in it. Side character liker and rare pair dealer who is excited to run my first zine!✤ Experience: I'm a contributing veteran, though, with 3 physical and 10 digital zines under my belt as a page/spot artist!
